BIO:
White County criminal defense attorney Brandon Griffin was born and raised in Sparta, Tennessee. He graduated from White County High School in 2006. He went on to graduate from Tennessee Tech with a bachelor's degree in Political Science, where he earned high honors.

Brandon graduated in the top 25% of his class from Cecil G. Humphrey's School of Law in May 2013. During his time at Cecil G. Humphrey's School of Law, Brandon earned CALI awards for academic excellence in two classes. The classes were Decedent's Estates and Admiralty Law. He particularly enjoys practicing in the areas of criminal defense, estate planning, and business law.

 

As a dedicated Sparta business and civil litigation lawyer, Brandon especially enjoys helping small businesses find legal solutions that meet their needs. He believes in a client-focused style of practice and will strive to find a pragmatic solution to your legal issue. Brandon has helped a diverse client base, ranging from ordinary individuals and small town businesses to out of state companies. He is an active member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Upper Cumberland Young Lawyers Division. 
 

In his spare time, Brandon enjoys fishing, kayaking, and spending time with his family. Brandon currently works out of our Sparta office.
