Randall was born and raised in Hartsville, Tennessee.
Trousdale County family and juvenile law attorney Randall Kirby graduated number four in Trousdale County High School's 2011 graduating class. After graduating high school, Randall went on to attend Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Sociology and Political Science.
While at Tech, he had the pleasure of serving as a research assistant to Professor Steven Seiler. He and Dr. Seiler co-authored a scholarly article that was published in 2017. He also spent the summer of 2014 interning with a local, small law firm in Hartsville. Randall then earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Belmont University College of Law in 2018. During his time at Belmont, he interned with the District Attorney's Office for the Fifteenth Judicial District.
In his spare time, Randall enjoys watching football and spending time with his family. He also enjoys going to the movies, listening to country music, and playing video games. Randall currently works out of our Sparta and Hartsville offices. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association.
